1. Delivery Areas & Logistics Partners

  • We deliver all across Pakistan, covering all major cities, towns, and rural areas.

  • We partner with the country's most reliable courier services (such as TCS, Leopard, Trax, or Rider) to ensure your parcel reaches you in perfect condition.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 on orders below Rs. 3,000.

  • Free Shipping: All orders of Rs. 3,000 or above qualify for 100% Free Delivery anywhere in Pakistan!

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is verified and dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 3 business days.

  • Other Cities & Distant Areas: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Please note: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed during major shopping festivals, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions. We appreciate your patience during these times.

4. Order Verification Process

To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure your package reaches the correct address:

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to confirmation.

  • Our team may contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or a quick phone call to confirm your order details.

  • Orders will only be processed and dispatched after successful verification. Unverified orders will automatically be cancelled after 48 hours.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking ID on the courier company’s website to check the live status of your shipment.

6. Open-Parcel Policy

  • Please note that our courier partners do not allow customers to open parcels before making the payment. This is a standard policy enforced by courier companies across Pakistan.

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, missing, or incorrect, you do not need to worry. Simply accept the parcel, pay the rider, and immediately contact our customer support team with video/photo proof. We will arrange a quick replacement or a refund under our standard 7-day warranty!
