Thank you for shopping at Grab n Buy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Period

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging (including intact plastic wraps, boxes, and tags).
- You must provide the proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
- Non-returnable items: Items purchased on clear-out sales, clearance events, or items damaged due to customer misuse.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your kitchen, storage, and household products. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must share unboxing video proof or clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label via
[WhatsApp/Email]. - Once approved, we will process your exchange or refund request.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging any item.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Tracking: We highly recommend using a traceable courier service (like TCS, Leopards, or M&P) to send your parcel back. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
5. How to Initiate a Return
